Which areas do you cover for the home measuring service?
Our free measuring service is available within a 15 mile radius from Pickering. The average wait time for home visits is 10-14 days.
How long does it take for you to send the designs and quotation?
We aim to email your designs and quotation within 7-10 days of carrying out a home visit or receiving your measurements.
Do you offer finance payment options?
We are currently unable to offer any extended payment options.
Installation
Do you have an installation service?
No, we do not have an installation service. We can recommend local installers when purchasing our products.
I have already purchased or plan to purchase my products elsewhere. Can you install them?
No, we do not have an installation service.
Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please visit the kitchen and bathroom tabs above where lead times are stated for each range. In general, kitchens are available within 2-5 weeks and bathrooms within 1-2 weeks.
Where do you deliver to and what are the delivery charges?
Delivery for kitchens and bathrooms is free within a 20 mile radius from Pickering. We can deliver further afield (charges will apply) so please ask for details.
